Controlling the supply chain of the seafood products, which we use in our dishes, is part of our mission, and this applies also for the Smoked Salmon (Salmo Salar) which is bred in the remotest Norwegian fjords: it is carefully selected and then sent to our certified European partners where it is smocked (both cold and hot smoking) using beech wood, according to the traditional techniques.
- Premium quality salmon undergoing either hot or cold smoking processes.
