The Nai family began their journey in the Italian fishing industry in the early 1900s. From the last century to the present day, the passion for the sea has been passed down from generation to generation with passion, commitment and dedication. Today, the fourth generation of the Nai family has built a modern, industrialized company with a strong focus on innovation and quality control.
International partnerships
Nai Prodotti Ittici is one of the most active and dynamic Italian companies in the importation and production of fresh, thawed and frozen fish. Our long-standing international relationships with certified suppliers allow us to source excellent and exclusive products directly at the origin, all rigorously controlled and selected.
Internal production
A modern internal processing facility facility for fresh and frozen products, a newly dedicated packaging area, and an internal gastronomy division have allowed Nai Prodotti Ittici to expand its offering across fresh, thawed, frozen, deep-frozen, and cooked products (both fresh and frozen).
Quality & food safety
Our internal quality division ensures the safety and monitoring of our products every day through continuous oversight of raw materials at every stage of the production process. Nai Prodotti Ittici also operates under the HACCP self-monitoring plan and holds both ASC and MSC certifications. With over 1,800 internal analyses carried out annually, we provide an additional layer of security and assurance for both our commercial partners and end consumers.
